Mô tả công việc
- Follow Company’s regulations, including, not limited to, Food Safety & Quality, Safety – Health – Environment
- Responsible for following up all systems GMP, HACCP, QCP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, ISO 22000 and standard Food Safety FrieslandCampina (FOQUs)
- Follow Company regulations about safety working clothing and safety warnings
- Follow work instruction and process
- Process Parameters: Responsible for all production process, CIP and packaging parameters that have directly impact on the final quality of the products with low losses
- Product / Process Development: Coordinate with production people and R&D, QA, QC for new product development or product improvement to make sure that all activities are controlled and monitored according to the procedure and Dairy knowledge related
- Being the intermediary between R&D, QA, QC activities, and Operations & Marketing
- Project: Responsible for the commissioning of the project related to validation process in order to ensure that the new equipment is reliable for production and to define the right parameter related to the product quality
- Trouble Shooting: Guide trouble shooting activities in production departments with the aim of continuous improvement related to product quality, efficiencies, losses, failure costs, (NC) and to ensure more consistency in the final product quality
- Dairy knowledge: Ensure that the production people are updated with the dairy knowledge related with the job functions, in order to maintain the quality of the product according to the required specifications. Following closely the latest developments in the processing and dairy technology area
- Improvement teamwork: participates in inter department teams to achieve improvement project.
- Sensory: Involve in sensory evaluation test in order to give inputs or any issues related to production parameters and process
- Report to Plant Manager in case of problem

Yêu cầu ứng viên
− University degree in Food Technology or Food Engineering
− Have 02 year experience in dairy industry
− Have good problem solving skills, stakeholder management & work under high pressure
− Adequate English skills in communication (both written and speaking)
− Knowledgable with Microsoft office
