WE ARE LOOKING FOR IT HELP DESK ENGINEER !
- Setting up, troubleshooting end-user's hardware, operating system, and software.
- Troubleshooting basic network issues for end users.
- Documenting guides for users.
- Supporting company events with other teams.
Working place: Vĩnh Trung Plaza, Hải Châu, Đà Nẵng

Yêu cầu ứng viên
* Tech Skills:
- Experiences in Workstation OS and client applications including Windows, MS Office, browsers, email, client software, (Linux OS, Mac OS is an advantage)
- Good at using various computer devices including Desktop, Laptop, Tablets, Smartphone in different platforms such as Windows, iOS and Android.
- Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN environments, authentication, file sharing, printer sharing, remote access and VPN.
- At least one year experience in equivalent positions.
* Communication Skill: Good at read/write & able to listen/speak in English.
* Others:
- Customer-orientation, hard-working, willingness to learn, love to support and communicate with end users.
- Optional: have been joined an IT course or have a professional IT Certifications is an advantage (such as: CCNA or Microsoft MCSA or LPI1)
