[Đà Nẵng / Nha Trang / Bình Định] Sales Manager / Building Material / Construction

This position is responsible for manage the sales team in Central (Da Nang, Nha Trang, Binh Dinh) to archive company target.
- Products: Building materials
- Target customer: End users, consultants, designer, contractor, Project Owners

Main duties:

- Overall responsibility for sales and customer development of end users, consultants, designer, contractor, Project Owners by providing customer value through technical and commercial expertise and engineering knowledge.
- Achieve assigned sales and customer development quota through focus on commercial customer acquisition and development
- Day to day selling activities: identifying sales opportunities, organizing, proposals, asking for and acquiring orders.
- Co-ordinate with other processes to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support team in all marketing activities to develop our image to all kinds of customer.

- Location: Đà Nẵng ( Nha Trang, Binh Dinh)

- Basic salary: 30 - 50 mil gross + 30% bonus

- Bachelor of Civil Engineer, chemical, economics.

- At least 5 years of experiences working in Sales management role in building construction projects (Networking with End-users, consultants, designer, contractor)

- Good at English (Interview with International Manager)
