Mô tả công việc
*** Managing HVN Danang Team
– Direction & Leadership: Provide strong leadership to ensure agreed strategies and goals are communicated and effectively implemented.
– Directs, and is fully responsible for, all operations of the brand office.
– Ensure, and is responsible for, the overall profitability, future development and growth of the business
– Developing strategy to promote Hafele‘s image, name and reputation in the central of Vietnam.
– Understand underlying issues, predict the future of the market and take action accordingly to reach objectives.
– Define KPIs, set objectives, closely monitor the progress and remove any obstacle to make sure expected result is being delivered.
– To service all potential customer and to recommend the relevant range of Company’s products to them.
– Monitor and review monthly sales performance, develop and motivate staff to work as a team in the highest order to be able to achieve budgetary targets.
– Monitor competitors’ activities and plan good marketing strategies to counter them mainly in areas of price, service support and delivery time in relation to local market requirement like credit terms, after sales service and delivery status.
– To administer the Branch and maintain a sound, long term working relationship with all personnel.
– Maintain cordial relationship with existing customers including regular visits to major customers.
– Ensure payment are collected promptly and credited into bank account promptly.
– Perform any other related duties as assigned by the General Director
*** Financial Management:
– Set, review and implement capital and revenue budgets.
– Ensure that cost control programmer are effectively implemented in order to manage unit costs.
– Improve liquidity through good capital and debtor management.
*** People – Management:
– Develop a high performance service culture that nurtures and encourages service excellence, quality and a ‘can do’ mindset
– Plan, organise and direct an efficient and effective DAN HVN team.
– Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Master Degree or Bachelor in Business
- 10 years experience working, including 3 years of experience as the role of General Manager or Branch Manager
- Customer Orientation: Is focused on identifying and understanding each customer’s needs. Expresses and acts on desire to assist customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Shaping Direction: Develops and communicates strategies and goals that achieve competitive advantage. Demonstrates a clear understanding of the organisation’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
- Building and Leading Teams: Knows the talent‘s needs of the team. Attracts and develops the people who can meet those needs. Encourages effective cooperation among team members and between teams. Inspires team spirit and the commitment to achieve high standards of performance.
- Negotiation and interpersonal skills (excellent)
- Leadership skills (excellent)
- English communication skill
