Mô tả công việc
The Job Holder is responsible for all of cylinder management activities including: Total Gaz plant, third parties, transporters and customers.
• Prepare required documents for all Total Products integrated with SAP process
• Ensure every movement of products must be against valid documents and compliance with procedure
• Control and make sure of receiving enough empty cylinders from customer. All borrowed/loan cylinders cases must be approved by Sales Manager and put on SAP.
• Update regularly logistics movements, reconcile daily/ monthly quantity of issued, returned of cylinders from customers both in SAP and on-site.
• Cooperate with Depot and Customer Services team to ensure all deliveries smoothly and in issuing VAT invoice
• Reconcile transport fee with transporters.
• Plan and monitor rounds in compliance with Branch standards and PATROM rules

• University/ College graduates
• Individuals are able to use English for reading, writing and communicating with others. Individual has experiences in similar industry & ability to use English fluently in both reading and communicating will be preferred.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, and Power Point is must
• Careful, hardworking and proactive with good teamwork
