Mô tả công việc
- Provide pre-sales technical support and technical expertise to customers and partners
- Perform hands-on work with customers during product evaluations and post-sales
- Perform hands-on tests to validate customer proof-of-concept setups, network designs, and network deployments using new products and features
- Put together design guidelines and recommend improvements to customers for the networks they support
- Provide pre-sales consultation and product presentation to prospective clients
- Keep up-to-date on competitive solutions, products, and services
- Work with sales team for tender compliance and clarifications
- Maintain good rapport with customers and vendors

- Graduated from IT University or similar
- Kỹ năng: Routing/switching, SSL, WAN optimization, Web Security, load balancers, Traffic shaping or gateway AV, OTP, DLP
Knowledge
- Good knowledge of Network and Security implementation, support or consulting
- Good knowledge of pre-sales and post-sales activities
Skill
- Good technical and communication skills with a passion to understand and deliver customer IT Networking & Security requirements independently
- Proficiency in one or more technologies like routing/switching, SSL, WAN optimization, Web Security, load balancers, Traffic shaping or gateway AV, OTP, DLP, etc
- Network troubleshooting skills like packet capture analysis, NMS, etc
- Excellent documentation skills in English with a strong eye for details
- Soft-spoken with good interpersonal and presentation skills along with excellent client relationship management skills
- Create and update proposal and technical document required
- Good at 04 English skills (writing, speaking, listening, reading)
