1. Job purpose
Provides engineering analysis, evaluation and coordination on installation, start-up and operation of CVD (On-line chemical vapor deposition) coating projects, plants which allow the plant operation safely and maximize quality, yield and budget. Coordinate and integrate all activities in order that plant equipment and systems are effectively utilized and well-maintained.
2. Job Dimensions
a. Responsibilities
* Cover Safety issue at CVD coating plant
* Cover Quality and Process issue of CVD coating plant
* Develop existing procedure and new procedure to control safety, quality and coating production
* Implement training/refresh training to CVD operators
* Coating materials
* Coating maintenance materials
b. Authorization: Full authorization in works assigned but limited in finall approval
3. Principle Accountabilities
- Being key person in CVD chemicals emergency procedures
- Review risk assessment of CVD routine jobs yearly to update risk control methods and training to operators
- Provides analysis of Coating quality issues and propose action to improve coating quality
- Provide analysis, consultant on problem of coating system, coating equipment to maintenance engineers to improve reliability of coating equipment
- Provide improvement plan of process, quality of CVD
Review SPC data weekly, monthly to find out abnormal in process to propose new action to improve capability of process
- Control top 3 quality, Top 3 process issue in CVD section
- Control maintenance plan in CVD section to maintain system stability
- Control coating materials plan to keep continuously coating production
- Control records of coating materials and do inventory monthly
- Keep records of all repairs, maintenance activities
- Assumes day to day responsibility of the coating department in the absence of coating Assistant Manager/Manager
- Implement & monitor department activities following Quality & Environment Management System ISO9001&ISO 14001
- Review Safety issue and 5S in CVD area to improve safety & 5S in CVD area.
4. Company benefit :
- Monthly gross base salary: 13,000,000 VND
- Annual performance appraisal salary review
- Fix 13th month salary
- Variance bonus depending on operation of company (1.5~2 months salary bonus per year in last 4 years)
