Mô tả công việc
Mục đích chức danh / Purpose:
To make balance customs book and actual inventory to reduce/avoid penalty from Post Customs Audit
Các nhiệm vụ chính / Key accountabilities:
- Matching material code (in warehouse report) with customs code for imported material + shipped garment.
- Inventory input/output reconciliation between warehouse report vs imported CDF/production issue request.
- Make actual consumption base on fabric/accessory in/out and production output and update on ECUSVNACCS system.
- Monthly compare customs book and actual inventory (base on detail reconcile from staff)
- Monthly PO Closing report
- Monthly CDF cancelled status review with shipping team.
- Yearend stock balance report to Customs office
- Due with customs office for any consumption inspection/inspection after clearance
- Work with shipping team for any issue of customs book/import/export activity issue
- Manage daily activity of the team & other request from Finance Manager

1. Bộ phận xuất nhập khẩu của tập đoàn/ Group Logistics
2. Hải quan/ The customs

Yêu cầu năng lực / Job Specifications or skillsets:
- At least over 3 yrs experiences work as Custom Supervisor position
- Have experience in liquidation of books
- Candidates from garment industry is preferable
- Computer skill, especially excel
- Agile, diligent - hard-working - honest.
- Patience, withstand high pressure, have a high sense of responsibility in work, recognize objectively
- Learn and accept challenges
- Ability to work independently.
- Active at work
- Other jobs required by manager
