Mô tả công việc
- In charge of all customs clearance operations on the import of goods, working directly with foreign suppliers, collaborate with domestic and foreign departments to complete relevant documents related to customs declaration.
- Working directly with state agencies such as Customs, Customs Sub-Departments, and with foreign suppliers on preparing customs clearance documents in accordance with regulations and rules of customs as required
- Customs declaration and customs clearance for import goods
- Prepare documents related to customs procedures (Declarations, C/O, Invoice, Packing List, Contracts, insurance, ...)
- Solving problems arising in the clearance process.
- Contact shipping lines, agents do procedures for taking orders, paying expenses incurred.
- Other tasks will be discussed in the interview

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Have experience working at the same position for at least 2-3 years at logistics company or factory. Priority for university graduates specialized in foreign trade or import-export economics.
- Understanding and updating regulations, policies related to import and export, customs, customs procedures, import and export tax, knowledge of foreign trade, mastering the process of making reports on finalization, tax refund ....
- Proficiency in English language
- Having ability to work independently, teamwork
- Proactive, honest, careful, with a high sense of responsibility.
- Excellent MS Office Skills
