Customs Clearance Staff (For Haiphong Office)

What You Will Do:
**Work location:
Haiphong office: 01st floor, Nomura Hai Phong IZ management building, An Duong, Hai Phong

**Job Description:
- Handling export/ import of air/ sea shipments
- Prepare documents and Transfer Customs Declaration on Ecus software and submit document to clear customs at Nomura customs and Haiphong customs (Commercial/None-Commercial cargo, processing cargo and EPE)
- Consult to customers about HS code, import/export laws, shipping schedule
- Contact with shipping line, truck companies to plan truck and deliver cargo to customers without failure
- Make and send Debit Note to overseas agents, customers
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
- Provide delivery information, Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
- Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Follow up with overseas offices to ensure that the proper documents have been received on time.
- Follow up with the airlines/shipping lines to ensure the arrival information are correct.

What You Are Good At:
- Have experience forwarding/operation team in logistics company at least 2 years (Fresh graduates are NOT acceptable)
- English – spoken and written
- Good at Ecus/VNACC software, NSW, PUS systems, E-CO system
- Having knowledge of International sea and air forwarding, customs procedure and import/ export laws
- Having Bachelor degree major in Import - Export, Logistics, business
- Willing go business to Haiphong port or other location when assigned
- Who works in long-term
