Customs Clearance Staff (02 Headcount)

- Receive import/export documents (Invoice, Packing List, Purchase Order, Bill of Lading, Arrival Notice, ...) and check import/cexport formality for each type of cargo carefully.
- Know well about Incoterm, HS code, Vnass/Vciss
- Make the import Customs Declaration (CD) timely and correctly for customer.
- Handle and follow-up the shipment until it finished, Update progress to customers, team leader if required.
- Have good knowledge about C/O application.
- Have good knowledge of processing contract, setting up BOM, Liquidation experience is priority
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by team leader.
- Maintaining good customer service relationship with customers to archive customer’s satisfaction.

• CV in English with photo
• Good English
• 2-3 year experienced. Fresh can be considered.
• Good collaboration and multitasking skills
• Honest, active, high discipline
• Good at planning/ organizing and time management
• Sufficient computer literacy (Microsoft Word/Excel/Power-point)
• Good communication skills (interpersonal, emailing…)
• Able to work under pressure
