Overall job purpose:
- Consults customers on legal and customs topics and classifications process
- Provides compliance guidance to internal/external customers
Main tasks & key responsibilities:
- Consults customers on legal and customs topics and classifications process
- Provides compliance guidance to internal/external customers
- Doing customs clearance process for internal/external customers
- Supports Operations with Customs expertise on legal and customs topics and classification issues
- Provides compliance guidance to customers (e.g. informs on regulatory changes; supports compliant customs procedures)
- Provides internal compliance guidance (e.g. informs on regulatory changes; supports implementation of internal compliance procedures)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Extensive knowledge of Customs Products and the regulatory compliance environment
- Relevant experience in the forwarding industry
- At least 2-3 years experience in Customs Clearance
- Brokerage license (if applicable)
- Proficient decision making skills
- High degree of written, verbal and organizational skills
- Diligent attention to details and ability to work under pressure
