Customs Clearance Manager ($3000)

- To manage a staff of employees in the fulfillment of customs requirements for the import/export and transshipment of packages and documents in a time sensitive environment.
- To achieve agreed standard of operational quality throughout customs clearance process, data quality and support functions through effective people management, cost control planning innovation and communication in order to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Well developed knowledge and skills for assisting in meeting customs requirement for import/export related activities. Assists to achieve agreed standard of operational quality throughout customs process. Works with external authorities to meet regulatory compliance.

- Education:University (Degree)
- Experience: 10 to 15 yrs
- Good at checking / advising customers to make Documents ( invoice, packing list, bill of lading)
- Have knowledge in Circulars, decree intensively
- Operate well on ECUS 5 VNACCS for Custom declaration.
- Arrange & Guarantee trucking to meet delivery schedule demand from customers
- Liquidation experience is priority
- Certificate origin issuing experience
- Other tasks assign by superior
- Good at word & excel, PowerPoint
