Customs Brokerage Team Leader (Customs Clearance Team Leader)

Maintains and updates system interfaces with regulatory body.
Acts as project manager for the customs systems implementation projects (incl. providing regular updates to implementation progress).
Support the customer requests and operations at all-time.
Insure vendors are performing as per process and standard defined
Coordinate new projects with the dedicated customer service in charge to ensure successful operations.
Report to the management on team & operations performance
Train and guide the team to perform declaration and associated activities (documents, archiving, audit…)
Manage a team of 7 declarants. Responsible to ensure a fair workload and support to the team in terms of guidance, training and problem solving.
Responsible of team performance and productivity as well as organize business continuity when needed during weekend, holidays.

Extensive knowledge of customs products and the regulatory compliance environment
Relevant experience in the brokerage industry
Brokerage license
Team management experience
High degree of written, verbal and organizational skills
Diligent attention to details and capacity to prioritize tasks
Ability to work under pressure with customer-centric approach
