Mô tả công việc
- Declare the customs declaration (import and export customs declaration.
- Experienced to import (export) equipment and machinery for factory building.
- Have the knowledge about C/O, Phyto, Fumi,…
- Work and negotiate with Customs Clearance officer to guarantee cost efficiency.
- Responsible for all related documents, procedures, process in receiving shipment on time, efficiently
- Working with truckers, forwarders and transportation services, handle shipment (book and follow truck until shipment finished).
- Coordinate with client, agent, other division and vendor for smooth operation.
- Manage, Operate and Control the Trucking team.
- Responsible for coordinating, managing, operating, deal with all issue related to import-export activities and transport teams
- Work closely with all staffs, management and administration to ensure that all shipments have to deliver on time, right way and for all company operations are met.
- Input database on company system
- Make statement, settlement with client & vendor, trucking company.
- Ensure the safety of vehicles and cargo during transportation
- Assist in some administration and office work
- Other jobs assigned by Manager.
- Detail will be discussed in the interview.

* REQUEST
- Experience: 2-4 years
- Proficient Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Customs Declaration Software - VNACCS and other office applications).
- English (write, read needed).
- Good problem solving skills.
- Good communications & negotiation skills.
* WELFARE
- Attractive salary, salary review, 13th month salary and bonus base on the company .
- Working time: Monday - Friday and Saturday morning.
- Working in a friendly and professional environment.
- Fully social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance according to Vietnamese labor law.
- Accident insurance 24/24.
- Yearly membership training, annual health check.
** Headcount: 2 (Head Office - HCM :1; Hanoi Branch: 1)
** Prefer candidate can join as soon as possible.
