Mô tả công việc
- Prepare shipping/customs documents.
- Enter data into e-Customs software.
- Do customs declaration, inspection and clearance for import and export process at Customs House.
- Handle customer service as planning, documents, instruction handling….
- Setup and follow delivery plan with transportation coordinators.
- Release and pickup cargo at port & airport stations.
- Work with carriers as shipping line, airline, forwarder agent to take D/O, B/L…
- Do C/O, Phytosanitary/Veterinary, Quality inspection, import and export Permit with the local Ministry.
- Update daily operation report.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- BA in Foreign Trading/Economic/Finance (College’s Degree of Finance & Customs as least).
- Good English communication skill (both verbal & written)
- Customs Broker Certification is preferable.
- At least 4 years of experience in logistics freight forwarding or import and export department in manufacturer/trading company (Export Processing factory is preferable).
- Computer skills: e-Customs Software, Microsoft offices, Internet
