Customs & Trucking Manager

1. Job Description
- - Build up logistics workflows, policies & organization of the team matching with current company status with most efficient & effective operation;
- Manage & ensure the shipments to customers in a timely and safe manner;
- Ensure all problems incurred during logistics progress solved well without affection to company business and compliance policy;
- Develop and have a clear strategy in cost management without confliction among customers, vendor, and company profit;
- Well coordinate with relevant parties to avoid waste of resources and minimize effort in achieving logistic targets;
- Ensure regular submission of activities reports to management and related users including result, analysis, and advice/alarm to management &related users on potential issues and recommend remedial actions;
- Monitor and report on transportation costs, manage the transportation functions.
- Research and suggest cost-effective shipping methods
- Negotiate freight rates and service requirements for company
- Build and optimize the use of carrier partner relationships
- Analyze the freight market to maximize profitability and service for each transaction
- Optimize rates and terms with carrier partners
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

○ At least 10 year experience in the same field or over
○Have full trucking + customs operation knowlege and experience
○ Experience for SamSung Business is very plus
○ Deep knowledge in Vietnam Customs & Trucking process
○ Excellent teamwork and leadership
○ Positive & aggressive character
○ Fluently in English ( including 4 basis skills)
○ Male applier is preferred
○ University/ Master degree -major in same field
- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communications, time management and decision making skills
- Dynamic, hard working, loyalty, teamwork, professional, detail-oriented
- Professional use of relevant computer
- Honest, trustworthy, flexible and hardworking
- Good at MS office, MS outlook
