Dear potential candidates, INOAC VIETNAM (Japanese EPE ) is seeking 01 qualified person to fulfill vacancy of Customs & Logistics Staff for our Customs & Logistics Department, details as below:
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Check Shipping schedule & prepare export documents (Invoice, PL, PO / Sales contract).
- Do export Customs clearance, get Certificate of Origin, corporate with FWD for delivery.
- Corporate with Purchase Department to check import shipping document (invoice, PL,B/L, C/O...)
- Co-operate with related dept. to control & solve arising issues about Customs, Logistics…
- Do import customs clearance, get import license for chemical material, corporate with FWD for delivery.
- Summary the Forwarder cost, Insurance cost.
- Other jobs assigned by the manager.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
- Competitive salary (Will be disscus in interview), Annual salary revision based on performance.
- Bonus: maximum = 5 month salary/1 year & minimum = 2 month salary/1 year.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Have at least 1 years’ experience in import/export or logistics, in manufacturing flied is an advantage.
- Graduated university with majors in International Business Administration, International Economics, or relevant fields.
- Language: Good command of English (Immediate level and up).
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, especially Excel.
- Good ability of communication, negotiation; have a high sense of responsibility.
