Customers Service/ Nhân Viên Chứng Từ

• Liaise with sales and document team, and overseas agent to handle im-export shipments.
• Negotiate with carriers, oversea agents to obtain best buying rate and maintain pricing data.
• Respond promptly to customers’ and sales team's inquiries.
• Handle and resolve customers’ claims.
• Work closely with head office, shippers, clients, service providers (banks, shipping lines, warehouses, forwarders, local agents, brokers) to ensure the execution of shipments/deliveries from origin (anywhere in the world) to destination. It is included but not limited to:
• Send shipping instructions to shippers (suppliers)
• Do booking with shipping lines
• Process shipping documents and payment to shippers
• Liaise closely with final clients to deliver the best services
• Check all service invoices to approve the costs
• Maintain an effective and updated filing system of contracts, orders, shipments, internal and external reports

• Graduate from university, majoring in foreign trade, economics.
• English and computer skills: good;
• Good temper, good sense of service and responsibility, sharp-witted, empathetic, pleasant, sociable, honest.
• Have 1-2 years experience in the same position.
• CV in English. Other documents will be required upon employment.
