About the role

In order to provide our outstanding Customer Service team with the high quality support they need and deserve, we are growing our Supervisor team. Through coaching and mentoring, you will aid the development of our team in a variety of support areas. As a talented and results-driven leader, you will help ensure our company stays on the right track for success and continues to grow and thrive in this industry.

Responsibilities
● Assist in the development of and maintain the quality of our Support team.
● Set performance goals that align with the company’s vision and goals, proactively driving success through the contributions of your team by providing constructive feedback.
● Coach and mentor your team to ensure they adhere to company policies.
● Motivate team members and create strategies to boost productivity.
● Address any issues with work quality, employee dynamics, and other workplace concerns in a professional, effective, and timely manner.
● Have remote 1-on-1 meetings with each of your direct reports at least once per month.
● Must be available to work weekends, on a rotating schedule.

● Experience in organizing work groups, coaching colleagues at all levels, monitoring and reporting progress, enforcing policies, and ensuring quality compliance.
● Excellent communication and leadership skills, with an ability to effectively resolve workplace issues.
● Highly self-motivated to help our company reach its goals.
● People-centered and goal-oriented; able to get the most from your team through offering support and flexibility.
● Focused on inspiring employees, empowering them to own their work and deliver better results.
● Enjoy working with data; ideally creative sourcing and extraction, as well as solution-oriented analysis and visualization
● Keen sense for communicating quantitative ideas effectively, ideally through data visualization techniques.

We offer a competitive compensation in USD paid monthly and will provide all required equipment for the role, along with covering any travel expenses that may be required during your training. Training will include all necessary knowledge and skills you will need to excel in your role.

What’s next
All candidates meeting our initial criteria will be required to take a skills assessment test and you might go through different rounds of interviews with our recruiting team. All successful candidates are required to clear a criminal and employment background search.
