JOB RESPONSIBILITY & KEY JOB DUTIES:
- Handle users feedback, resolve problems by clarifying the user's complaint; determining the cause of the problem and report; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure resolution via private feedback, Facebook messager, store reviews, email...
- Identify and assess user' needs to achieve satisfaction and re-rating products
- Build trust & user reputation through professional and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information
- Closely follow-up product teams to acknowledge most updated information
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing user information & user satisfaction

- College degree preferred
