Mô tả công việc
- Customer Solutions Manager has responsible for taking the lead role in all activities relating to customer solutions for all business fields.
- Determining customer solution product requirements, business development and customer retention. A bridge to connect customers, KN products & sale.
***Your tasks and responsibilities
- To establish and deliver the customer solutions function of consultative selling through the presentation and delivery of the KN solution suite such as our track and trace and other information value products To train the sale force and other nominated employees on customer solutions processes such as consulting and implementation & customer solutions information value products (track and trace, e-commerce)
- To establish and deliver the customer solutions function of project management offering customer implementations and integration/electronic data interchange projects.
- To establish and deliver the customer solutions function of project management offering certified requirement specifications, testing, sign-off and support for our track and trace, reporting and other products
- To support the translation of non-customer facing tasks into the regional shared service center in close collaboration with the regional and corporate customer solutions team.
- To develop and implement a national business plan related to customer solutions activities with a focus on increasing penetration of Information Value Product within the given market.
- To act as the key liaison between other similar roles across the region and Vietnam including the Regional & Global team ensuring that national priorities and requirements are well represented at both levels.
- To ensure that local activities are aligned with global and regional customer solution strategies.
- To be the key driver for continuous improvement across the KN customer solutions suite locally.
*Working Location: Vincom Center, 72 Le Thanh Ton Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

***Your skill and experience
- A Bachelor degree in any related fields from a recognized university
- At least 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding
- Problem solving: Customer complaint; A/R collection support
- Good knowledge of products
- Professional customer care
- Consultative skill
- Project Management Qualification
- Good at training skill (conducting training- delivery & material)
- Solution Development & Implementation
- Strong affinity to IT systems
- Good communication skills
- Possess Marketing knowledge and skills
- Work in a team and team-building skill
- Build up relationship with internal and external
- Presentation and Microsoft Office skills
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
