Customer Solutions Engineer provides technical expertise on how to optimally integrate KONE solutions into customer building interfaces. We handle design, layout and material order in frontline to ensure the final specifications match with customer requirements. We are responsible for defining hardware, software and system integration specifications, scope of work, costs and lead time in non-standard tendering cases. In order to make sure that the solution matches with the job site conditions, we perform site surveys. We closely co-operate with Sales/Customers, Supply Line, Project management and Installation, and provide all relevant order specific information to Project Manager before installation starts. We works at the customer interface and participates in customer meetings when needed.
Customer relationship management
• Supports the Salesperson / Customers by analyzing the customers’ technical needs and develop proposals outlining how KONE’s products and services can provide clear solutions to meet these needs.
• Customer contact point for the technical clarifications. May participate in planning / specification meetings.
Customer Solution support in the Customer process
• Provides technical and costing support for the sales process
• Coordinate specifications and delivery times with the Supply Line, Sourcing or local subcontractors.
• Creates IT architecture specifications for KONE scope (including IT data flow diagrams)
• Ensure that the proposed solution fulfils the codes, regulations and safety requirements
• Ensures that the proposed system integration solution fulfils connectivity, network architecture, access control systems, IoT and cyber security requirements
• Involves with relevant parties to understand the integration total cost during setting up and during operation
Technical support in the Delivery process
• Accountable for solutions engineering
• Ensures that the cost and work effort impact of the installation is part of the solution’s costing
• Organize the order documentation and order confirmation
• Manage the drawings and related documents
• Make the material specifications for KONE and local material. Checks and updates the specification based on contract and variations.
• Coordinates and executes the integration testing

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Degree in IT Engineering
• Able to communicate Vietnamese fluently.
• Average 4-7 years in system integration, application engineering or system engineering
• Require knowledge of network, system, LAN, switch, hardware.
• Prefer candidates from building management system, IT or telecom business.
• Prefer candidates with elevator background but not required.
• Able to communicate as well in English.
