Mô tả công việc
• Directly responsible for Merchant Support limited to Hanoi area;
• Build guidelines & procedures (within team & cross team) to ensure smooth operation in Hanoi;
• Initiate and implement projects to improve team performance;
• Assist Manager in recruiting, planning and making decisions at team level;
• Conduct in-depth interviews with contracted merchants on a regular basis or analyze data frequently to identify problems and suggest pre-emptive solutions;
• Be comfortable to work on one’s own OR to communicate with team leaders over a long distance;
• Working time: 5 days/week, from 9am to 5:30pm
• Working place: Hanoi office (TBC)
• On-the-job training at HCMC Operation Center might be required for 1-2 months

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor of business-related majors;
• 3-4+ years of experience in Customer Service;
• Experience working in Ride-sharing/ Food-delivery/ E-commerce is strongly preferred;
• English skill: Professional working proficiency;
• Computer skill: Office, Internet, Email, CRM/ CS systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, etc);
• Behavioral skills: Communication, Teamwork, Organization, Perseverance/ Persistence, Management;
• Skillset: Procedure & process building, Project management, Active listening, Training, Coaching.
• From 24 - 30 years old
