Working location: Dali Tower, 24C Phan Dang Luu, Binh Thanh district, Ho Chi Minh city.
- Understand customers' needs to provide proper offers to get customers' agreement;
- Drive and maintain high standards of call quality, tracking agents' call score to correct and improve where required;
- Attend training/meetings to improve skills and share knowlegde/experience to other team members;
- Provide accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports in with department requirements;
- Effective workforce planning ensuring adequate resources are in place to meet the team objectives.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's Degree;
- 3 - 4 year experience in Telesales/ Outbound sales/ Customer Services;
- Outstanding communications skills with both written and verval;
- Abitility to manage own work effectively and support your team where necessary;
- Discipline, enthusiastic and Customer Services Oriented.
