Customer Services Supervisor

- To follow up with customers’ PO, handle customers’ problems and reach sales target;
- Build up and maintain the relationship with potential and regular customers to update information and give solutions to match customers’ demands;
- Analyze result of work as well as market information and suitable solutions for company;
- Solve problems regarding to collect money, products, customer complaints and requests;
- Promote sewing and embroidery thread products & solutions to customers;
- Sales presentation and negotiation; seek and secure new clients base;
- Help achieve sales target and clients’ satisfaction;
- Coordinate with sales department to facilitate various marketing activities (trade show, brochures, in store/on premise promotion);
- Assist to setup and execute the product strategy for the short, middle and long term;
- Make periodical (monthly and quarterly) sales reports/rolling sales forecast;
- Supervise existing accounts and develop, in accordance to company marketing strategy, the new input (products, new customers);
- Collect all relevant information to customers and compile to create and develop existing database;
- Organize timetable, schedule daily, weekly and monthly in accordance to management requirements and customer availability;
- Handle and be responsible for sales target as well as coordinating with the sales team to push their sales targets;

- 5 years experience in related role
- Experience in sewing thread o textile industries preferable
- Excellent in English and Vietnamese (communication, presentation, negotiation)
- Ability to contribute and foster creative new ideas
- Assertive, task motivated and able to work under pressure
- Strong customer focus and service minded
- Ability to be self motivated and to search new marketing strategies
- Ability to make suggestions to improve the business and systems to the senior Management an advantage
- Familiar with ERP system, knowledgeable in JD Edwards will be an advantage
