Pandaw are the largest river cruise operator in SE Asia with their head office in HCMV. We are seeking an English speaker to head up our customer services division. You would handle calls and and emails from enquirers and provide client support to the Pandaw Community of regular cruisers. Other tasks would include participation in e-marketing campaigns, blog writing and creating web content so an understanding of digital strategies and writing skills essential.
