Customer Services (Female Is Preferable)

4-month contract at first. Will be considered for long term if meet and exceed all requirement excellently.
Job Description:
1. Call center/ reply to customer call
2. Translate of products catalogue
3. Assist other jobs if required
4. Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly manner, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times.
5. Follow-up on unsolved customer inquiries.
6. Act with confidence by answering or finding the answers to customer questions and finding solutions to customer issues.
7. Maintain a position of trust and responsibility by keeping all customer business confidential
8. Handle customer problems with professionalism; refer more complex issues to the CS Manager or other management as necessary
9. Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures, and take responsibility to keep up to date on any changes.

Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years working experience
- Strong communication skills (in both writing and speaking Vietnamese / English)
- Good problem-solving skill
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet and Power Point
- Eager to learn and grow
- Team player - able to work well with team members under high pressure
- Initiative; Can-do attitude; Be open to changes and making necessary changes
