Mô tả công việc
- For this position, the candidate must be able to work both as Customer Services agent and debt collection agent
- Responsible for implementing procedures related to buying and selling apartments / villas;
- Check records and do Confirmation of transfer of apartment/ villa purchase and sale contracts;
- Prepare documents to hand over apartments/ villas to Customers
- Monitor lease contracts, service contracts, customer revenues;
- Prepare a debit note and record customer debts;
- Checking and accounting of customer receipts in cash/ bank deposits;
- Update arising debts and payments details by each customer and invoices;
- Receive and handle Customer's requests and complaints;
- Performing the acceptance and handover of the Apartment in accordance with the handover and approved standards;
- Update fully, accurately and promptly information on the management system;
- Maintain good relationships with the organizations in the Building and local authorities;
- Coordinate with relevant departments to handle requests of residents/ guests regarding incidents related to customer care, hygiene, technical and security

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese, any other language is a plus
- Minimum 2 years experienced in real estate
- Proven customer support experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, collections, or a related role is preferred
