Department: CUSTOMER SERVICES
Reports to: CUSTOMER SERVICES SENIOR MANAGER, ASSISTANT MANAGER, SUPERVISOR, OFFICER AND SENIOR EXECUTIVE
Coordinates with: CUSTOMERS & PCV EMPLOYEES
I – GENERAL FUNCTION:
A Customer Services Executive is responsible for managing incoming calls and providing information regarding requests, concerns, and inquiries about products and services of PCV to satisfy customers.
II – DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handling and resolving customer complaints
• Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle inquiries about products and services
• Performing customer verifications
• Processing orders, forms, applications and requests
• Organizing workflow to meet customer time frame
• Keeping records about customer interactions and transactions
• Maintaining customer databases and administrative relations
• Handling other duties as assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Graduated from University or College
• Experience in insurance industry, customer services is a plus
• Be able to work independently and proactive under the high pressure
• Positive attitude with a "can do" approach
• Remain helpful, tactful and courteous attitude
• Proficiency with MS office Detail-oriented and good in English
• Strong communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills
