General Information

Working time: from Monday to Friday, From 8AM to 17AM.

Department: Customer services

Directly managed by: Customer service manager

Task:
- Provide technical support to troubleshoot printer, scanner, handy terminal issue.
- Propose maintenance contract & SOS.
- Propose customer to use SATO printer
- Install new printer at customer site.
- QC printer
- Support sales team to demo printer at customer site
- Spare parts sales.

1. Related to IT field: hard ware, networking
2. Related to electronics field.
