1. Daily claims entry, monitor and push pending cases
2. Service claims validation, service fee reconciliation
3. Monthly ASC fee calculation & payment
4. Technician labor fee checking and calculation
5. Parts sale; support parts forecasting, parts sale order
6. Service MKT: support to execute customer care campaign with teams
7. Other service department administration jobs

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• At least 3 years experience in customer service (electronics field is preferred)
• Proficiency in MS office application (excel, power point, etc…), strong data analysis skills. English communication.
• Electronics service center management and/or network development experience will be an absolute advantage.
• Creative thinking, good communication skills
• University graduated or equivalent
