Mô tả công việc
1. Update & set up new services, update new allocations monthly.
2. Daily monitor each vsl/voy’s space based on the allocation assigned and timely work with Trades for extra space/space release
3. Co-operate with Sale, BKG team/ OPS Team to arrange Cargo loading/ shutout/rollover/off-load
4. Update roll list / optional list for HQ TFC
5. Work with Partner for space in ad-hoc requests
6. Problem solving/special requests handling
7. Overall monitor TFC team daily work
8. Build up and keep relationship with feeders/partners
9. Update schedule ITS with SHA24 Team. ( CY cut off, ETD, ETA)
10. Sending CBF/LAR for the assigned services
11. Submit TLI
12. Check overdue with Transit port to arrange & hot connection check/follow up
13. Check NCC connection for all feeders depart from VND ( if any t/s BK arrangement)
14. Update schedule on time (including delay notice, change of schedule such as vessel omit, change port rotation, change route, vessel replacement, etc.)
15. Update all online schedule
16. Check & request to roll SSO

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Bachelor Degree holder major in either Economics, Foreign Trade
2. Good command of written / spoken English, Chinese language capability will be an advantage.
3. Proficiency in computer literate, such as Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
4. Good communication skill, customer focused, achievement driven, teamwork and able to work under pressure.
5. Recently minimum 1 year experience in shipping and/or logistics related field.
