Customer Service - Team Leader

• Receiving, processing and monitoring orders and samples;

o Scheduling production plan to meets customer requirements Liaising with internal departments availability of raw materials

o Coordinate with the Purchasing/Production/Warehousing in relation to stock/material on hand;

• Generate purchase orders for materials and other supply inputs as required;

o Maintaining our ERP System (NetSuite) with accurate stock counts, product lines and customer records;

• Processing the receival of sales orders

• Processing internal transfers for all stock including finished goods

o Communicate with the production/warehouse staff on outgoing orders ensuring dispatch on time;

o Understand production process manufacturing to coordinate production lead times

• Ability to continuously apply improvement to maximise production resources

The role will ideally suit someone who is looking for long-term stability and genuinely enjoys a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a with a positive attitude and willingness to perform a variety of duties coupled with the following experience and attributes:

o Experience in a similar role or within production manufacturing environment working with multiple stakeholders;

o Experience in data entry and an understanding of inventory and invoicing would be advantageous;

o Superior attention to detail, organisational skills and capabilities in terms of prioritising work and meeting deadlines;

o Friendly phone manner with a strong commitment to customer service through effective communication;

o A self-starter with the ability to take initiative, work efficiently and without supervision;

• Be highly trustworthy and reliable;

o Technologically savvy with experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and an ERP system;

• Flexibility to work additional hours from time to time.

o Understand about logistics, Export, Foreign trade to work with Customer/ Forwarder. Making paperwork for Export shipment, contacting forwarder/ Customs declaration/ Service.
• Excellent active listening and negotiation skills in English.
