Mô tả công việc
Organizes, splits and plans day-to-day work of Customer Service Representatives
Prioritizes and delegates work tasks among the team members
Ensures that all customer enquiries are responded promptly and professionally
Supervises ISC Operations in the forwarding area (capacity booking, pickup arrangement, planning and follow-up of shipment in the forwarding area and during the transport process)
Arranges pickup, finalizes booking and performs booking optimization
Ensures handling of required Export documents according to regulations and internal procedures
Follows-up shipment status in the Export area and during transport; identifies incidents and ensures resolution of incidents
Creates, builds and maintains excellent relationships with key suppliers
Continuously monitors supplier performance and develops improvement plan when required
Identifies training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department
Creates, builds and maintains relationships with other internal functions and acts as subject matter expert for ad hoc operational questions with regards to accounts which are being serviced
Ensures that proper implementation of customer has been conducted before Operations is starting regular business service
Interacts with other stakeholders, if required

Proven track record in a Customer Service/ other customer facing role with excellent customer interacting skills
Deep knowledge of forwarding business, DGF products and business systems
Deep knowledge of CS processes and systems
Ability to take ownership and steer a Customer Service Team
Ability to identify and meet customer needs in a pleasant and friendly manner
Excellent communication, motivation and interpersonal skills
Self-directed working style
Excellent telephone and E-mail skills
Commercial attitude
Good knowledge in English (verbal/written)
Deep knowledge of forwarding business, DGF products and business systems
Deep knowledge of CS processes and systems
Ability to take ownership and steer a Customer Service Team
Ability to identify and meet customer needs in a pleasant and friendly manner
Excellent communication, motivation and interpersonal skills
