Mô tả công việc
Functional Responsibilities:
• Accountable for End 2 End OTC performance for NKD customer
• Alignment with customer on the delivery/ service levels
• Monitor and steer OTC KPIs
• Monitor adherence to OTC processes standards
• Have thorough understanding of customer demands and have solution to meet those demands effectively
• Plan, coordinate and follow up on supervised personnel work
• Develop customer relationships on service topics
• Serve as an escalation point for the OTC services provided to the GT customer channel
• Support requests, issues and efficiency projects with customers and internally (Identify and improve department bottle necks…)
• Ensure on time and proper issue resolution with corresponding functions
• Ensure continuous service improvement provided to customers
• Establish department personnel needs included in the department development plan
• Establish and follow-up on department training plan

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Professional and Technical Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Economics/ Supply chain
• Strong knowledge of Customer service in supply chain and order processing process
• Fluently in speaking and writing English
• Excellent in Computer skills
• Knowledge in using SD module in SAP is plus
Personal Capabilities:
• Customer and service orientation, performance motivation, communication skills
• Strong knowledge of OTC processes
• Leadership, people management and managerial skills
• Accountability, proactive thinking, flexibility, CI mindset
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong negotiation skills
• Good time management
