- Provide direction and clear solution for customer’s enquirers and complains.
- Receive and resolve residents’ matters.
- Build up the regulation, procedure and guideline for CS operations.
- Plan and control budget for building operation to ensure the efficiency.
- In charge of selection and training management – operation team.
- Prepare reports in monthly/quarterly;
- Other will be discussed during interview.
