Mô tả công việc
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution;
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
• Handle and resolve customer complaints via multi-channels (phone, email, mail or social media) while maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all time;
• Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits (SLAs) and follow up to ensure resolution;
• Deliver good personal performance to achieve KPI targets;
• Go the extra mile to engage customers;
• Understanding the company’s products inside and out to answer customer’s queries;
• Communicating and coordinating with relevant teams, international teams and partners/providers when necessary;
• Other tasks as line manager’s assignment.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree with at least 1-year experience in customer support fields; Tour operator/tour desk experience is a plus;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese;
• Willingness to work in shifts;
• Familiar with CRM systems and practices is a plus;
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset;
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese;
• Willingness to work in shifts;
