Customer Service Supervisor

Customer Service Dept. is 50% for complaint handling and daily business, 50% for building strategy to have a best services quality. All current staff is for complaint and daily business support so the Department needs a person to support the manager to develop and implement customer services strategy.
This position contributes to brainstorm for steps of customer services strategy, support to analyze the strong and weak points of ideas, customer inside and customer satisfaction to develop Customer Excellence.
This person is also to develop continuous training plan for pharmacists and related staffs about Customer Excellence.

- Evaluate current state
Implement plan from the manager
- Review Q&A, customer services materials and consult the manager for better Customer Service
- Organize periodical strategic workshops and meetings
- Estimate and control budgets for training materials, customer service activities, efficiency, human resources for each objective.
- Building survey customer under assignment from the Manager.

- At least Bachelor Degree
- At least 5- year experience of working on Customer Services, Pharmacy, Marketing, Business planning.
Preferred experience related to hospital or pharmacy center
- Good influencing, presentation, communication skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese
- Good critical thinking with good customer orientation
- Sharp strategy mind-set and be capable of proposing strategy initiatives and driving execution
