Customer Service Supervisor

1. Maintain close contract with Sales team to get regular updates of customers orders, forecast and incoming orders for preparation;
2. Follow up with counter partners to check status of order to avoid delaying;
3. Maintain close cooperation with import team/warehouse to update order delivery status to customers;
4. Working with technical teams to handle customers’ complaint with immediate attention upon receiving notification;
5. Following up with accounting team to make sure that issuing invoice on time as per customer requests;
6. Key in orders data into the ERP systems;

Experience in garment and textile industry is a plus
Experience with ERP system, Oracle
