Mô tả công việc

- Responsible for coordinating all Customer Services activities, empowering & training the Customer Service team to ensure the smooth running of the Customer Service desk and team. Must be available some weekends / evenings in case of heavy workload or special events.
- Arranges the duty roster for customer service staff and ensures customer service positions are covered at all times.
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them courteously and professionally in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries in an efficient and professional manner.
- Delivers excellent / highest levels of customer service, at all times.
- Records details of actions taken.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying / following with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook and visitor attendance records.
- Maintains continuity of work by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Handles others daily tasks assigned from Property Director and Building Management Operation Team.
- Manages inventories and stock, including keeping detailed records of inventory use and sales, and advising management on ordering.
- Manage the Parking Report, Visitor Report, Inventory Report.
- Provides customer services to Tenant/ Visitor, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints, help with team member problems, and oversees team members to work for quality and highest customer services standards.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Education Level Required: Diploma Degree
Field of study: Business, Hospitality, Real Estate, Sales & Marketing
Professional designations: Experience as Receptionist or Front Desk position for 1-3 years is preferred.

- Good English speaking and good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain and track record on customer services.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Encourage and promote Teamwork spirit and strong work ethics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Willing to learn new functions, procedures and recognize opportunities to improve.
- Willing to train the Customer Service team in existing and any new procedures as and when required.
- Experience in Customer Service.
- Well-groomed and good appearance.
