Mô tả công việc

- Be the privileged interlocutor of clients within the Customer Service and ensure the complete execution of the order-to-cash cycle.
- Daily order processing (receive, key orders, proactively ensure order processing and follow-up until the delivery).
- Daily managed total orders to ensure warehouse commitment leadtime handover to transport.
- Daily update actual delivery date of all orders to analysis and input action to limit the gap between Request delivery date and Actual delivery date, request clarification of transporter for the case of late delivery.
- Daily managed items drop service rate and analysis the reasons of drop service rate. Corporate and follow up with stakeholder to have action improve service rate.
- Proactive working with Supply planning, PIM team, Warehouse and Transporter to find the root cause of order issues and solving it.
- Supervise daily tasks of team to proposal right action reduced unnecessary tasks, waste time. Review team workload and give guideline for team in solving issues.
- Record, analyse and review dispute rate, the disputes situations in accordance with the team, the sales and controlling teams, and the physical distribution. Ensure action plans to improved are followed up.
- Efficiently answer to the clients requirements (order status, delivery time, shortages and disputes). Report all the case of customer complain and get action from stakeholder to reduce the ratio of complain.
- Corporate and set up meeting with Division to have action improved service rate level, handle customer complaints, return and dispute.
- Review and update all the CS policies (Order Management, Return Policies, FOC policies) in yearly.
- Completed report of related OM.

- Customer complain measurement.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Customer Service team leader
- Experience in FMCG
- Effective organizing and supervising team
- Effective communication skills
- Attention to details.
- High level of accuracy and responsibility to follow through
- Excellent customer insights.
- Personality: honest, trust worthy, respectful, sensitivity, flexible, integrity
