Mô tả công việc

-Supervise the export and logistics
- Check commodity, HS code and C/O
- Contact carrier, sub - contractor to get quotation
- Handle import and export shipments both sea and air.
- Receiving booking order from customer, get booking from carrier, sending SI and VGM to carrier
- Creating bill of lading
- Creating debit note/credit note
- Release D/O, sending A/N to customer
- Sending pre-alert to the agents
- Upload cargo manifest to customs system, release related import documents and ensure smooth cargo delivery.
- Collaborate with customs broker and customers to follow up and arrange customs clearance and trucking.
- Cooperating with related departments for smoothly operation.
- Solve problem, find the solution for every responsible jobs.
- Make weekly and monthly report

Yêu cầu ứng viên

** Requirement
- Experience: at least 3 year work experience in international freight forwarding company
- Is flexible and capable to work in a team work.
- Is able to communicate in English.
- Has basic freight forwarding knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organization and planning
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
