Mô tả công việc
- Receive orders/information from customer/agent.
- Check schedules, rates to reply customer.
- Co-operate with import/ export staff for all necessary procedures to arrange shipment.
- Coordinate with vendors, oversea agents for transport arrangement.
- Make/check/confirm debit notes.
- Shipment status monitoring and report.
- Input shipment data into company file.
- Full support Sales’ enquiries for achieving sales goals.
- Other service task assigned by management.
- Take care customer via phone conversation & visit frequently.
