Mô tả công việc
** Booking handling:
- Able to handle normal and special cargo booking acceptance from customer efficiently.
- Accurately and timely follow working procedure.
- Good cooperation with other department to ensure smooth operation
- Daily booking clean up.
- Vessel clean up 24 hrs after vessel sails.
- Container transport knowledge.
- Customs rules and regulations.
- Trade principles and guidelines.
- Space control and lifting performance.
- Global geography concept.
** Update booking in system:
- Input timely and accurately in system .
**Handle customer’s inquiry:
- Accurately and timely respond to customer’s inquiry.
** Verify and approve new CPF & new customer in CargoSmart:
- Ensure the new customer details (eg. company full name, address, business phone number, contact name and legal identity) captured in NewCPF system is complete and accurate.
