Mô tả công việc
- Receiving information, checking and feedback the correct / suitable information and soonest to Customers ref to IMG Customer Service and Sales Policy.
- Follow up orders process with Customers and Production for all markets : receive orders, coordinate with DC/warehouse to check materials, calculate loadability, check delivery time, issue O.C, make and release job orders in Production, take and follow up booking confirmation to load the goods
- Follow up the goods process in Production including labels, making shipping document as customers request
- Follow up payment for local charge and payment from Customer to release goods for Cnee
- Follow up the Insoft process as well
- Receive and coordinate with other departments to follow up and settle claims from customers.
- Report as IMG process.
- Keep tracking of contracts
Work Place: Lot D-8C-CN My Phuoc III, Ben Cat, Binh Duong. (có xe đưa rước từ Sài Gòn đến Bình Dương).

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated University with major in Foreign Trade or Business Administration or related major.
- Good at problems solving ability according to effective priority.
- Good at drawing up effective working plan.
- High responsibilities and good personal skills and team work skills.
- Willing to work under high pressures.
- English fluently
- Willing to work with flexible time to meet the work requirements. Working beyond working hours will be required as driven by customer demands and mandated by management; evening, weekend and/or public holiday work will be required also
