Customer Service Staff

• Receiving import documents (consol, LCL, FCL) from oversea agent, checking accuracy, validity & unifications of documents
• Contacting with shipping line to get A/N
• Contacting with customer to check document
• Contacting with oversea agent to get necessary information for handling shipment
• Understand manifest submission, issue B/L, D/O, A/N
• Follow up import and resolve problem if any
• Maintain good relationship with key customers, clients…
• Coordinate with other department if needed to support for local handling
• Get/analyze good or bad feedback from customers to inform manager for improving better service
• Make /follow up Invoice or D/N and support accounting departing for collecting money
• Support/ report directly to manager for other tasks

** Job requirement
• Bachelor degree in economics or related fields.
• At least 1 year-experience in import-export field, prefer for experience in logistics
• Experience in handling Equipment import and export shipments
• Self-motivated, dedicated and hard working
• Good skills of computers & Microsoft Office.
• Good command in English. Chinese would be advantage.
• Full-Time position(s) available in Hochiminh
• Working Days : From Mon to Fri + Sat morning ( 02 Saturdays morning every month)
Working Hours: (7.5 hours/ day)
From 08 a.m to 5 p.m (Mon – Fri) (Break time: 12h00 – 13h30)
From 08 a.m to 12.00 p.m (Sat – Rotational working-shift).
