Customer Service Staff

- Be in charged of air import shipments to take care well of customers as being assigned.
- Be responsible for implementing processes involved in a logistic operation and liaise with a variety of parties, including oversea partner/ customs broker/ customs authorities/ customers and suppliers to handle import shipments smoothly to ensure on-time delivery.
- Issue and send “Arrival Notice” and “Delivery Order” to customer and Monitor the cargo status until it arrives at the final destination.
- Update oversea partners/ customers “updated information” of the cargo
- To avoid or reduce cost whenever possible
- Resolve the matter appear when cargo have damaged
- Issue the debit note for Customer/ Overseas agent
- Daily update data to system and Customers
- Other duties assigned by Managers & Director.
- Other duties related to daily operation of forwarding
- Can work for Extrans from AUG2019

- Bachelor degree in economics or related fields.
- Female only
- At least 2-4 year-experience in import-export field, prefer for experience in logistics
- Experience in handling Equipment import and export shipments
- Good English is a plus
- Self-motivated, dedicated and hard working
- Good negotiation and communication;
- Good skills of computers & Microsoft Office.
- Able to work under high pressure and team work
