Customer Service Staff (Hung Yen)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a Customer Service (CS) Staff, who is willing to work for Washing Machine Factory in Hung Yen and will be responsible for the following duties:

1. Market quality activities
 Support to conduct market quality activities such as new launching product arrival check, quality early warning, quality market claim visit.
 Collect information, analyse and make report about CS and quality in the region.
 Cooperate with sales companies to conduct customer satisfaction survey, conduct and manage Customer Service and quality study activities via tour at dealers, sales companies, customers …

2. Technical support
 Perform and manage technical support activities in the Region such as setting up technical documents and technical instruction books for PAPVN washing machine, organizing technical seminars, analysis defective parts…
 Carry out other tasks related to CS and quality operation.

REQUIREMENTS:
 Good background of Technical field.
 Have experience in Customer Service or quality control relating to technical products, especially Home Appliances products.
 Have good customer service skills and mind-set.
 Good communication in Vietnamese and English as well.
 Good command of MS Office.
