Mô tả công việc
1. Bachelor degree in Foreign Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
2. Good command of written / spoken English
3. Proficiency in computer literate, such as Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
4. Good communication skill, customer focused, achievement driven, teamwork and able to work under pressure.
5. Recently minimum 1-year experience in shipping, logistics or forwarding field, especially in customs clearance.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Preparation & submission the data to E-Customs System.
• Calculating and processing duties and taxes to be paid behalf of clients.
• Well understanding customs procedures, e-customs declaration, import/export documents, HS Code Definitions Process and Certificate of Origin Application in compliance with local regulations & rules.
• Monitor the receiving & delivery of cargo to meet customer’s inquiries.
• Coordinate with customers and trucking companies, the out-side Customs Clearance Staffs, customs brokers to well handle the shipments.
• Handle of documentary of export and import shipment and update data in internal system of company.
• Handle daily correspondence via email or phone-call from internal & external customers & solve problem if any.
• Handle the other tasks assigned by Team Leader
